Once you become a subscriber, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like.

If you're a Standard member, your design requests will be tackled one at a time. For Pro members, up to two projects can be in progress at once. Meanwhile, Enterprise members benefit from having an unlimited number of projects worked on simultaneously.

Our average turnaround time for most design requests is just two days or less. We take pride in providing a quick and efficient service to our valued clients. It's important to keep in mind that more complex requests may require some extra time to ensure we meet your expectations.

Our amazing team has seven key individuals. A design manager, a graphic designer,  a product and web designer, an illustrator, and two developers, each bringing unique skills and expertise to our studio. Our founder also plays an integral part in the creative process.

If you need advanced features such as 3D animations or custom photography, we join forces with trusted partners to fulfill those requirements. Each project we undertake is handled with personalized care and commitment to delivering the highest quality results.

We utilize a range of professional software to bring your visions to life. Some of the software tools we commonly use include Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Webflow depending the asset request.

At Posta Studio, we provide a wide range of options for requesting designs, giving you the flexibility you need. One common method is submitting design requests directly through Trello. Additionally, you can share your design requirements using various formats such as Google Docs, wireframes, or even a brief Loom video if you prefer a more visual approach.

Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, we're ready to work with it. We want to make the design request process as convenient and accessible as possible for you.

Oh, don't sweat it if you're not in love with the first design we present! We totally get that nailing the perfect design sometimes takes a couple of tries. If the initial draft isn't quite what you had in mind, we're all ears for your thoughts and ideas. We'll happily tweak and adjust until we get it just right.

After all, we're not happy until you're beaming with satisfaction!

Absolutely! If you find yourself with all your design needs met for the time being, feel free to pause your subscription. There's no need to continue it just for the sake of using up the days. We understand that design requirements can vary, and you might not always need a full month of our service.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. So, if you sign up and then decide to pause your subscription after 21 days, don't worry - your remaining 10 days aren't going anywhere. You can resume and use these days whenever you have more design work in the future. This way, you make the most out of your subscription, using our services exactly when you need them.

However, we understand the importance of finding the right fit, which is why we offer a 7-day trial period for you to experience our services. We're always open to making revisions based on your feedback to ensure your satisfaction with our designs. If you decide to continue after the trial period, please note that payments made are non-refundable.
